Leisure activities
Leisure program is from 7th of july till 20th of august.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool (15m x 8m) and terrace are open during the high season. Small children have a mini-pool all to themselves.
Bermudas and long swimming trunks are not allowed in our swimming pool for hygienic reasons.
Table tennis
In the shadow of the Orangery you’ll find two table tennis tables - play with the family or organise a semi serious competition with the other guests.
Fishing
Keen anglers can enjoy themselves by casting their lines (during the fishing season) in the Osse, the little river at the foot of Montesquiou village, or in various lakes in the surrounding areas. A licence is obtainable from the villag.
Play grounds
There is more than enough space to play football, and there is a badminton and volleyball court.
Activities
During the summer season a dedicated team organises different activities for children and adults: swimming contests, volleyball, boules matches, walking tours...
We also organise barbecues with live music on the terrace in front of the restaurant or by the swimming pool.
Poney Club
Only 3km far from le Haget, you can go pony riding. Le Haget organises visits twice a week with Stéphanie, the owner of the club. Riding lessons are available for everybody.
Walking routes
The pilgrim’s path to St. Jacques de Compostelle passes right in front of Le Haget. You can of course walk parts of this famous route.
Canoe-kayking and fishing
From Mirande you can go canoe-kyaking! A trip down the river is always refreshing in summer.
LKeen anglers will find the ideal spot alongside the banks of the Osse (the small river at the foot of Montesquiou), at Lake Bassoues or at Lake La Baradée. With a bit of luck and a smidgen of know-how, you’ll end up catching a myriad of fish, such as perch, pike and whitebait.
A fishing map is on sale in the Montesquiou and fishing lessons can be organised for groups. The master angler, Gil Jonot, will tell you all you need to know to not go home empty handed.
Not to mention the trips to the tree-climbing park, the wine tasting, and the various concerts in Marciac; there’s never a dull moment at Le Haget.
Concours de dessin pour enfants
A tous les enfants : faites de jolis dessins du parc, du chateau, de la piscine, du restaurant... Les plus jolis seront sur notre site Internet !
